since AC doesn't have a three tier cabin i guess MLLs won't have a first class lounge portion? maybe the SEs can start a campaign for an SE section
or campaign *A for a new Platinum Tier (similar to OW emerald) and AC has creates a VSE tier (very special elites) that grants access to first class lounges
