Last newbie to United question of the week I hope:

I'm flying multiple UA segments on a CO ticket next week, and I have just tried to assign seats (First flight is Monday, last Wednesday).

The thing is, .bomb will only show me the (fairly empty) F cabins for all of my flights.

Odd though it seemed that a 1P would be able to assign F seats so far in advance, I cheerfully did so. But... When I hit 'finish', the seat assignments all get cancelled, and each flight shows:

"Select seats
Upgrade: pending"

The optimist in me likes to think that an F seat is mine, it just can't be confirmed by the system yet. The realist in me would quite like to confirm a nice E+ seat just in case, y'know, happens ;-)

Anyone have experience of this scenario?
