Just an FYI to those who don't have their TrueBlue numbers showing up on their cards...

After seeing this bonus, I applied for and received my card in the mail. I booked my flight and after booking it using my JetBlue AMEX, I noticed my TrueBlue numbers weren't on my card.

Knowing I definitely applied for my card and put my TrueBlue number on my application, I sent in a customer question on their website asking if my TrueBlue number was linked to my AMEX, and if not how could this be fixed? They replied and told me it indeed was NOT linked and to give AMEX a call.

After speaking with someone at AMEX, she told me that there was an issue and they couldn't put my TrueBlue number with my AMEX because of my name was different on my TrueBlue account. My middle name was on my TrueBlue account, while on my AMEX it says just my middle initial. So the woman told me it'd be best if I changed my name on my TrueBlue account, then they should be able to link the two.

Called JetBlue, had them change it from my middle name to just the initial, called back AMEX, and everything was linked up and I'll receive all of my points in a few months (because that's how long it takes).

SO! You may want to check with JetBlue to see if your number is actually linked with your card and that your name exactly matches on both your TrueBlue account and AMEX account. The good side is that AMEX holds onto your points until you open a TrueBlue account that they can link your card to or call them and let them know of your current account... So don't freak out and think you won't get the credit.

FWIW, both JetBlue and AMEX customer service reps were amazingly nice and friendly and very helpful. Glad I had such great service and it was taken care of so quickly.
