A good deal. But bars are not so healthy, most are loaded with not even real sugar but sucrose/glucose/hyrdogenated, monosaturated whatever, processed syrup, "natual flavors" (which if you google it is sometimes rumored to be MSG-type of stuff as an addictive additive), this and that or chemical sweetners. The list of ingredients is scary and long.
It's not Mom's oatmeal from the days of yore..it's whatever the lab churns out
