We want to make sure that those that reserved hotel rooms are matched up with registrants so we don''t run out of space before they sign up for the seminars. If a hotel guest does not register we can only do so much to hunt him down.
Hotel reservations are for seminar attendees only. We will sell out the hotel and already have.
No extra benefit to hotel and seminar registrants other than not having to drive. Nothing monetary if that is what you mean.
