Actually, Award Ticket anything has been "down" for months, if not years. Any difficulty noticed was probably another "enhancement" being implemented. Call SMS for help but wait for a few days. It will probably take that long for ATL to decide to communicate the update to the call center teams.

I'm hopeful with fingers crossed that an upgrade/fix/tech improvement is being implemented that will solve some issues on the website such as
- exit seats disappearing
- award tickets disappearing
- award calendar anything
- sorting by price/schedule
- changing the sort order to Best Price and having it stick when you go to the second page of flights...

@:-) Another thought; maybe their loading a new flight schedule with the Economy Comfort seat plans for designated flights. Seems that could affect a lot of sections and functions of the site.
