I booked one around 1:30pm, changed it at 2:58. Immiedately after the reissue, it was gone from my profile and the ticket number comes up as expired. Of course they deducted the miles without issue.

Ninety minutes on the phone with web support and I still appear to have 32500 fewer miles and an itinerary that not even Delta can see or confirm.
