If you provide your Avis Preferred account # on the first page of booking at avis.com you will see a different final screen than if you don't provide it. On the final screen before the rez # is generated I have fields to choose the loyalty account, enter the loyalty account #, arriving airline, and arriving airline flight#.
Sadly, I STILL only get fields for airline flight info -- no 'loyalty' options
I also tried just going to avis.com and entering the promo codes vs. clicking through from the promo link.
I have tried this many times during the last week...
