The rooms are probably equivalent to the downtown Sheraton, but the 4 points is a newer hotel. Expect to pay for parking at the 4 points (I believe $5-7 per day) since you are right at the airport. I have also found the 4 points to be pretty expensive relative to other Winnipeg hotels because of its airport location.
Other hotels nearby the airport (no more than a 2-3 minute drive away) such as the new Greenwood Inn are probably $20-30 cheaper per night than the 4 points.
