I specifically picked the IAH-FRA flight in July because of the aircraft and flatbed seats indicated at time of purchase and they've switched it on me! Flyertalkers in the know, please give me your thoughts on:

a. Whether it might get switched back to 777 before flight time or
b. Whether I could change my flight without penalty due to their switcheroo?

(IAH-CDG is actually a little more convenient for me but wanted the flatbed so I could actually sleep a little, thus chose to fly IAH-FRA)
