We are looking to go to Antigua in April. Two resorts we are looking at are the Grand Pineapple and Jolly Beach. Has anyone been to either? Does anyone have other suggestions.
We are looking at Easter week and prices are high. I think Sandels and Dreams are to pricey that week.
We stayed at the Verandah Resort & Spa- an excellent hotel! Perfect for a weeks holiday. The food is relatively limited as there are only 3 restaurants (1 buffet, 1 a-la-carte and one you have to pay a $25 supplement for) but the food they have is tasty and very fresh.
On the drinks side of things it is very good- anything from Fruit Punch to a Rum & Coke! The main beach is a little small but the sand is very nice and the sea is beautiful. The resort grounds are also lovely and the staff are fantastic- they can never do enough for you!
