I'd expect pretty much nothing and would even think I was due anythinig, other than getting on a delayed flight to my destination.

If missing connections, getting rebooked to a later connection or alternate routing to get to my destination.

If MX and have to overfnight, then paid hotel vouicher, and rebook on AM flight. If WX, no vouchers.

3 hours isn't really anything at all.
