On another note I would be most interested to find out if SPG ever runs a service assessment of some of their properties and how the Sheraton San Cristobal, Chile comes out?
I must say the service, attention and friendliness of the staff there, from the concierge down to the doorman is the best I have ever received at ANY HOTEL WORD-WIDE bar none.
