Thanks, MIKESILV. I checked your account. Looks like we may have really goofed on the Platinum upgrade thing. It should be taken care of today.
However, the points earned and then sent on to your American Airlines AAdvantage account via Direct Deposit are not going to be able to be recovered. The Direct Deposit has been removed from your account, so this should not happen again.
