No excuse on the the PHL/SLC, definitely leave feedback on the flight. And make sure to indicate that the 2 fa's were chatting. I can understand if the flight is delayed and the FA's are helping PAX in Y to get the flight out as soon as possible but it is inexcusable in this case.
