I would say when he*l freezes over but am afraid that even that may occur before SQ changes its stance

Nah but seriously one can only hope that the introduction of new C & F products accross other *A carriers leads to SQ relaxing some of these restrictions. Even if they only limit it to SQ KF members at first.
