I seem to have a similar problem as the person who started this thread. I just flew out to Kansas City, and a few minutes after turning my phone on in the airport, the time changed to Central time. I flew back to New York a few hours ago, but my phone is still on Central time.

The phone is an LG Ally. When I go to Settings > Date & Time, there isn't anything that says "Automatic." I can only set the time & date formats. There must be a way to set this on this phone. OTOH, it seemed to work when I flew out, just not now. And I did turn the phone on & off too.
