SA Compensation? JNB-DKR-IAD
A friend of mine just got off 18 hours with SA. No IFE for the entire flight. One whole section of five rows with no IFE. Crew said that they would reboot but didn't. New crew at DKR said the same, but didn't. Friend is currently blue on SA, but should be silver soon.

What compensation can be expected? Who should she write or call?
