Continental does not allow one-way award tickets. However, the other half of the United Continental Holdings does allow one-way award tickets.
A new feature allows you to convert your CO miles in to United miles:

So you might want to take a look at united.com to see if they have better options for what you need.
ETA: If you're hoping to book this as a single ticket, the closest thing you can do is a United "Miles & Money" ticket.
