I understand the frustration, but to be honest, this is common to every single airline I can think of. You can book a C ticket with KLM, if it includes a segment such as AMS-BRU it will be operated as economy class only. BA sells 'domestic business' tickets but on board service is one class, every single US airline will sell you first class tickets on flights on which they use small single-class commuter jets and the same for QF and business class on some Qantas Link operated flights. You do get whatever you are entitled to in terms of ground service (there again, bus boarding/deboarding always seems to kill the point, whether this is with AF, AZ, DL, LH, etc. The only exception I can think of is SU who have a special bus for business passengers when there is bus deboarding) but an economy experience in the air.
