Really sad comment,why didn't you add that most likely since there are not many seats available to fly to NRT the 1M will be just enought for one person to fly.
I think people are complaining here because 1 person could donate 1 million miles. I think a lot more is expected of a large company.
People are right that they do not have to donate at all, however, if you are going to brag about it in a press release it better be a noteworthy donation and not just a PR win.
