Actually, it's a picture-perfect example of how in this day and age one disgruntled customer is perfectly capable of creating a storm in a teacup and a PR nightmare for a reputable chain. The problem with tripadvisor is that no one reads long reviews (which would reveal the frivolous nature of this complaint), but everyone is looking for the number of stars. I'm all for airing legitimate complaints, but this complaint is beyond unreasonable.
