I find it amazing this is considered "newsworthy" (no offence to tcook, Iīm more surprised this is worth a press release and unfortunately I wouldnīt be surprised if someone ran a newsstory/article about APīs "donation")

1 million miles equates to about $10,000 (using a 1cpm valuation, feel free to add/subtract x% and it doesnīt really make a huge difference)

I appreciate any donations, but seriously: A huge company like AP donates a few miles, and it even isnīt clear whether they donate cash, free flights, "reward" flights...there are many local charities which donate more money...
