My DH and I applied online (on 3/11) and we both got approval massage at the end of the application process.

After reading all the posts about pending applications after receiving online approval at the time of signup, my DH and I decided to give em a call…..
When I asked the girl about my application statues she said “you will be receiving a letter by Apr 4th clarifying your status” when told that I already got an online approval response at the time of signup she said “yes, I can see that, but you will receive status notification by Apr. 4th”……whatever that means….

Then my DH called to the same phone #, when asked about his application statues he was transferred to a different department, he was asked some personal security questions, then the girl said: “your application is pending” when asked how come I got an approval notice at the time of signup? She responded “your application is at the final stage please call back tomorrow to check on the statues”.

I’m disappointed of how Cap1 is handling this whole signup process, I would expect them to reimburse all applicants by matching x2 of our ff balances up to 200,000 miles
