Carry-on or checked luggage?

Thread probably could use a small title change; it's not like all Hyatts are accused here of searching rooms.

I am a bit confused by the story and the need to hide towels. I, too, sometimes take two showers a day when I am at a beach resort or use the gym in the evening, but never felt the need to hide towels. I shower in the morning, hang the towel up, reuse the same towel in the evening.

And the tissues? Hide the one box that's there and hope fo the cleaner to put out another one? That seems a bit beyond the intended us of the supplies. If allergies are such a big problem, I'd pack a box or two together with that plunger. Well, okay, maybe not right next to each other

In general, I have special needs, it as always helped to talk to the room clean staff.

As for searching the room, clearly goes too far. Let us know what Hyatt Corporate responds with, please.
