In short, the reactors getting seawater pumped in are going to be permanently out of service and I wouldn't like to be one of the techs working in them at the moment, but this is simply not going to the next Chernobyl. Japan and the world should be worrying more about basics like getting food, electricity and running water to the survivors.
As an FYI there's one major problem with this article. Apparently the reactors at Fukushima do not feature a "core catcher", so if the core goes super critical it could be a major problem. The PhD who wrote it has taken it down and the MIT Nuke department has taken over the document and is providing further updates here.
