How wrong can you be, Mr Weero?

Well that is where you are SO, SO wrong!

I have in my hand a letter from Lufthansa Cutomer Services in which they assure me in very fulsome terms that my safety and comfort are priorities for the airline. I would call that a very caring attitide indeed, very far "from caring less".

They are extremely apologetic about cancelling my connecting flight, but confirm that it was for reasons totally beyond their control. I am now embarrassed at my thoughtless display of anger and the vitriolic tone I used in my note of complaint. After all, eight hours in FRA isn't the end of he world: their are far, far worse places to be!

I may even return some miles as a small token of my contrition and gratitude.

Customer service go so far as to say they look forward to greeting me on future flights with Lufthansa. Such kindness, and a sentiment I warmly reciprocate.
