Was at the Sheraton in Yokohama Japan last week.

They charged me for only one connection.

We had three items and no router. Told them connection wasn't working, gave me another password and ip number. Couple of hours later, told them something was still wrong. Got third password/ip number card.

Admitedly, I did not explain that the first computer works fine and the problem was with the second and third laptops trying to connect to the same password but they never asked.
