Embassy Suites Huntsville - Hotel & Spa {US-AL}
This is a first for me as an approximate 80 night a year business traveler. Stayed at the Hunstville, AL Embassy Suites. At about 8am on a Monday morning, I headed down for the breakfast. In addition to ordering an omlett, I slected a biscuit and french toast from the buffet.
Needless to say, the food was left over from the Sunday morning breakfast. The items were warm, but they were very dry and thus nearly hard as a rock.
I notified a member of the breakfast team that the food appeared to left overs from the day prior. Without answering my question, my plate was taken and a new order of items was requested/delivered from the omlet chef and kitchen.
Maybe I should not be surprised, but I have not noticed the reuse of left over food as I have visited the hotel 5+ times in the past year.
Is this a common practice?
