Short Haul are the very poor relation of BA, so they would never bother to paint any of our aircraft... Same as when they put the "Keeping the Flag Flying" titles on some of the 777 aircraft... Would never think that hundreds and hundreds of short haul crew came in to support the operation and operate many short haul flights.
The "Keeping the Flag Flying" slogan is all about good PR and marketing, and it just looks better on a 747 or 777. If BA had any A380s, they would have put the slogan on them instead.

I wouldn't see it as a snub to the short haul crew.

I don't like the One World livery - the BA logo looks like its been squashed underneath. It should have been moved further down the fuselage.
