Sorry if this is a silly question, but are there separate operators for the gold/platinum/executive platinum service desks? I recently made platinum, and I’ve noticed that whenever I call the service desk the automated system always announces itself as the platinum service desk, but when I actually get connected to a human, they never mention it.
The reason why I as is that I keep seeing posts where people talk about calling the EXP desk and getting help with odd issues such as mileage not posting, upgrade status etc. But when I call with those issues, they seem to immediately transfer my call. Am I doing something wrong, or is there just a big pool of operators and the number you call in on determines your spot in the queue.
