I'm a CO Gold who will be a CO Plat after the UA/CO status match process completes and who has a pending BF upgrade waitlisted.
I know from
http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/7307054-post5.html that as of 2007, you could "call and have your waitlist priority changed" after an upward status change.
Calling might be slow while I'm at work. Does continental.com offer any way to cancel your upgrade request online (then re-apply the upgrade online)?
