In addition i have been in the Exec Lounges in Dubai and Abu Dhabi until 11pm after checkout as flights leave for Europe around 1am to 3am. Staff make you very welcome offering refreshments even though they are setting up the lounge for breakfast!!
I just want to echo Wudy's comment - Hilton Dubai Jumeirah Beach allowed exec lounge access from after check-out until we got our cab to the airport several hours later.
