We definitely got the impression that these run-arounds were not the result of poor training, but were hotel policy. In fact, we were specifically told that no lounge access after check-out was hotel policy.
This is really bad, but having said that, when we stayed at the Waldorf Hilton last January, the EL was so packed that I can understand this policy.
IMHO the EL is far too small for the size of the property.
