I did call customer service and got their overseas office. I was told to book it on the web because they showed the hotel sold out and the web didn't. I mentioned to them that I can't book it on their website using points. Customer service could not explain why, if there were rooms, they couldn't book an award stay.

We stayed there earlier this year and I was successful in getting 2 award rooms for a Friday-Wednesday stay. That was the first time I have ever been able to do it.

If we have to split our stay between two hotels I guess we will. The room rate for Friday-Satueday was $169 each night.

We like the Gold Strike and the Grand also. Harrah's and Horseshoe are sold out. Fitzgeralds has a suite for $110 per night but that place doesn't look like the greatest place to stay. Hollywood wants $128 for a room. Baily's is only $80 but their rooms don't look to good either.

Has anyone stayed at any of these places.

We also go to Tunica 2 or 3 times a year but have only stayed at the Sheraton, Gold Strike, and Grand.
