A very quick perusal shows there is only one complaint referenced per page. Further, there are no complaints that I can find dated later than early 2010. (I found it difficult to read even after I enlarged it to well over 100%.)
Some one needs to now do an FOIA request for complaints from 10/28/2010 onward.
Particularly since from 10/28/201 many people must have stated that not only are the naked scammers unacceptable, but being mauled by a TSA thug was an equally unconstitutional alternative and being fined 11,000 was a violation of constitutionally protected rights as well.
