It is a 451-page long PDF file containing complaints that TSA has received about the nude-o-scopes. Apparently it is a response to a FOIA (Freedom of Information Act) request.

(Moderators - apologies if this is a dupe. I searched FT for the URL, but didn't find it.)
A very quick perusal shows there is only one complaint referenced per page. Further, there are no complaints that I can find dated later than early 2010. (I found it difficult to read even after I enlarged it to well over 100%.)

Some one needs to now do an FOIA request for complaints from 10/28/2010 onward.
