Thanks for the help. I created an account for my frequent travel partner, and added the three flights we've taken together in the past year. Two of them showed up under her Flight History and the points were listed in her account almost immediately. The third (the least recent one) hasn't shown up yet, however. Kinda odd. Also, fwiw, the one of the two that did post was pre-3/1/11 and the points deposited were 1200, rather than based on the fare.
