I'm going to trial it for the flight I have next week to Palmerston Nth having had a terrible experience at the Premium check in last week on a flight to New Plymouth, 3 staff were at the desk, one serving a couple (who then left their tickets behind on the desk) the other two staff were busy talking to each other (sounded personal) all 3 staff were so pre occupied they hardly looked up, not a smile on their faces, when one of them issued my ticket, she just placed it on top of the previous couples tickets and then looked at me and gestured was there anything else? no smile or thanks or hello? I just took my ticket and left, may as well have been a machine! very dissapointing service from them

Yeah I find the staff at the premium desk can be often quite useless, so I often go straight to the Koru lounge instead and sort it out.
