Since everything is part of one ticket, probably the best thing would be to do nothing until you arrive at UME (is it even possible to check in for your second leg before checking in for your first leg?).
If the ground staff at UME can't manage to get you a BP for BA, use an internet computer or your own laptop to check in online for BA, but after you have been checked in by SAS to ARN.
