Total class -- as usual!

Z-man, with all due respect, if you don't see value in Starwood and SPG beyond two 500 on-line booking bonuses, perhaps you are best to leave. In my experience elsewhere, though, you will be back.

I share (and voice) some of the frustrations over bonus point complexity, targeting, web deficiencies and the like, but in the end, for me, the pros still far outweigh the cons with SPG vs. the competition.

I struggle with the mindset of those of you who are so ready to walk from a program over issues that seem so small in the grand scheme of things.
