tsastor's summary is perfect! There is just one thing I'd like to add:
On the A319-A321, the seat pitch in the front rows is a couple of inches more than in the back. Don't know where the tighter pitch starts, though.
On the Embraers, the pitch is horrible everywhere but in row 1 and the exit rows.
