AA currently has a Business Class fare from BOS to CDG of about $1,450 roundtrip all in. There are also sub-$1,300 roundtrip fares from BOS to London on other carriers. You'd have to check to see if there are any similar deals from the West Coast.

How about using your BA miles for the domestic SEA-BOS-SEA legs on AA or AS, and then earn miles on your paid flights BOS-CDG-BOS or BOS-LHR-BOS? You could even work in a visit to BOS, if desired.
