Wingrider makes an excellent observation. There is a lot more talk about other airline options other than WN, and considerable dissatisfaction among those who have been WN's strong supporters in the past. From the way RR 2 is set up, it does appear that leisure travelers are no longer viewed as a particularly desirable market for WN to attract. Time will tell whether these opinion shifts will result in any permanent ridership shift away from WN.
