I hope SWAbrian has noticed the significant shift in the discussions in the WN forums. Posters are more openly discussing other airlines and booking flights elsewhere. I'm not a hard core poster and I certainly see it.
They had to expect some shifts away in business, but I hope this more noticeable level of defections is making it's way to management somewhere.

I watched as Eastern folded.
I was a member of the Horizon Club, Western Airlines clubs and was a very frequent flyer. Gone
I flew PSA and had lots of points in their program....even went to Tahiti on their points. Gone.
Was a Priority Gold then Chairman's Select (I think that is what it was called) on USAir. Almost always flew in FC. Gone.
Now have been a companion pass holder since it started and an A lister, too on Southwest. Going.
