If you use the Hotels car service, and book the charges to your hotel room, are these charges eligible for Starpoints? I thought so, but looking at my recent point credits for my stays at the Sheraton Pretoria, Im not sure this has been the case. Is this a case by case thing (ie. differs from property to property) or is this always an eligible charge for spg point credit?
