I love it. The new self check in kiosks cuts my check in time down to about two minutes: whack in the PNR, answer the questions, slap the bag tag on and drop my bag off on the belt. It's quite satisfying to rock up to a kiosk and be on my way to bag drop before the person next to me (who was there before I arrived) is still scratching their head. It also eliminates the whole "why do I have to be stuck behind the person with 8 problems with their ticket" situation.

Now if only NZ could extend drop and run bag drop to their Australia self-check in model...
