If you intend to cancel your Bora Bora reservations, you must do it by calling the 800 number. I emailed them back but there was no record of my message. The reservationist at 800 said this was a constant problem with the internet - many mistakes - and, in her view, the hotel should eat it or get it right. She recommended a followup to any internet reservation by calling the 800. Even at that, I know I had several Hiltons disagree with the 800 reservations price. How does one protect oneself? It is really annoying to have to fight with the front desk at midnight. I am glad this deal was resolved, at least, before I bought air.
