Several Japanese newspapers are reporting that TEPCO will have to start rolling blackouts in the Tokyo region on Monday, and that 1.5 million households will be shut off for 3 hours at a time. This will last for at least a week while they try to get new power sources online to replace the Fukushima reactors.
