That's because the fare structure on TANGO is so simple. No Sat night stay required, you just play around with the dates and you can usually get the lowest fare without worrying about min stay. With AC, you've got all those restrictions on the lowest fare, it's almost impossible for a normal person to get the lowest fare on the first couple of attempts. So they just give up and call up a live agent instead.
